1. Profile Tools Tool Bar에서 Circle 아이콘을 선택한다.

2. Circle 의 Center를 원점으로 한다.

3. Constraint Tools Tool Bar의 Constraint 아이콘을 이용하여
    R271인 Radius 치수를 입력한다.
